The atoll of FunafutiPooh is based solely in the philosophy of the Dao of Pooh. Dao translates into “The Way.” Daoism of Taoism embraces the way of nature and accepts fate. Based on this ancient Chinese philosophy started by Laozi, the Dao of Pooh is an examination of the popular character Winnie the Pooh and his friends. The intriguing novel follows almost all of the principles of Daoism to a tee. On the atoll, we follow the book of Pooh, also known and the Dao of Pooh.
